Together we work to discover the reality, and we hope that reality

FOUNDATIONS.
Before we do that we have to make sure we are designing and building on good foundations.
Water? We will use thermal imaging devices to test for leaks and penetrations. That is good designing and building.
Check for rot and termite damage.
Preparation is the beginning.
DESIGN
Naturally there is a lot of detail and design.
We use the fabulous 3D modelling program Archicad.
We also make good use of Sketchup and Lumion for our movies.
DETAILING.
We create a very comprehensive SELECTIONS BOOK
There is one special one for each and every project.
The projects are all unique.
